Historically when do they release MVMCP dining pkgs & Eat to the Beat dining pkgs?

I keep checking daily and not seeing anything come up...hoping it doesn't open while we're on vacation although we'll be in Disney and I'm sure it'll be easy to check with the concierge desk too.

Reservations for the Food and Wine Fest special events (including Eat to the Beat dining packages) started on July 20, 2017 for the general public.

If you had an annual pass, were a DVC member, or had a TIW card, you could begin to book for some events on July 18, 2017. I can't recall if Eat to the Beat was an event that was eligible on the pre-booking dates.

I just had my ADR day and was able to book on our MVMCP night a regular dinner at 4:30 pm no special package.
