I have really enjoyed and can't wait for the return of Connecting with Walt with Michael and Craig as hosts. The show has been so entertaining and informative. However it has left a void in my podcast journey yearning and searching for more. I have stumbled across another show similar but perhaps not as flowing like Connecting with Walt. The show is a podcast from Retro Disney world done monthly. Was wondering if anyone has given it a listen to and what your thoughts might be on the program. They also have great vintage videos of yesteryear wdw from people's old videos.

I haven't heard of this one but skimming the topics of each show and this looks really good to me and I'll have to give it a whirl...

When the show went on hiatus, I went back and found Michael's Disneyland history podcasts. There's a link in the Connecting with Walt show notes to a thread listing each of his DLR podcasts. I also went through individually using iTunes/podcasts app on my phone and found ones with titles that looked historical/interesting, windows on Main Street, Disney/Imagineer names, or attractions. I have become addicted to the DLR podcast now though and listen to it every week. There are some books in the Connecting with Walt and DLR podcasts discussing Disney history. I have found a couple in audiobook form and got those. I like having the audio only stuff to listen to on my commute or sometimes at work. I like to watch the videos while at work or while cooking dinner.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will most definitely go back and look through the show notes and give those podcasts a listen too as well. Makes my day go by nicer when I walk my route.

I just updated that thread. Here's a link: Disneyland History Segments

That's an outstanding list. Thanks for the help. Just looking at all those shows listed made me very happy and can't wait to start listening to them all.
