Historical Discount Code - Rates and Dates...where?

At some point in the past 2 weeks I found or was emailed a site that listed historical codes from spring 2001 until present. I cant find it now and was wondering if anyone else might have seen this and link it for me.

I don't know if this is the one you're referring to, but there was a list like that posted on the mousesavers website last week.
