HISTA Pre Show possibly changing

I know as lot of people enjoy this preshow as much as I do, so I hope this is just a "nasty" rumor!

According to Walt Disney World Guest Relations, Honey I Shrunk the Audience will be reopening from rehab on May 30, 2003. Extensive work has been done in the preshow area (specifically) and rumor has it that 'True Colors' will be replaced by a new show. Although the HISTA show will be opening tomorrow, the lobby area and preshow will be under rehab until June the 5th with the premiere (possibly) of a new preshow on June the 6th.

Not to step on any toes but I've never been able to stay awake all the way through the True Colors show... Maybe we just timed this attraction around the hot tired need to recharge part of the day but I always thought it was a little to low key...

I don't care for many of the preshows. True Colors was my favorite. I think my secret desire to be able to take photos like that plays into it. I love the way the song is performed since we are menat to see everything through the eyes of ther child.

AS patriotic as I am, if I"m looking for a nap it's going to be at the Hall of Presidents or American Adventure. I seem to catch my best zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzs there.

If this is true, my family and I will miss the pre show. It was one of our first experiences at WDW, and it brings back vivid memories.

I didn't love the True Colors preshow. It was too much like a Kodak commercial to me. JMO.

I guess it really was a commercial since Kodak pays for everything but such a good one IMO! I'm still bummed but maybe the new preshow will be even better.

We just saw Honey I Shrunk the Audience last Wednesday, May 28, & True Colors was part of the preshow. When was this attraction supposed to be shut down to redo the preshow?
