Hey there, Hi there, Ho there!!! This post ended up being a little longer then I though, but hey what can I say? I got to writing and couldn't stop!
Just thought I write a quick update
. So today is my
60 day mark for making ADRs!!! YAY!!!
This got me thinking of my time line leading up to our trip. It literally just dawned on me that I do have quite a few things going on that, will hopefully, pass the time quickly!!! Here is what I got going on (that I know of) from now till December 3rd when I am Disney BOUND!!!!
Monday 4/19- Devon FINALLY goes to see the GI specialist to get his tummy troubles figured out!
Friday 4/23- Devons 1st Communion Retreat! Im taking the day off from work to go over to Devons school to help his class practice and prepare for their communion. Basically we will do arts and crafts all day long!
Saturday 5/1- Devons first Communion and Party!!!
As I am sure you are all aware by now, I have been planning this party for the last month or so, and can I just tell you this frickin thing is turning out to be the size and cost of a small wedding!!! Devon is my baby and only child, so I have no problems going over board for him!
I actually yesterday decided to rent a moon bounce for the party! He was very excited about that. I also mailed out all the invitations yesterday too! Its coming up pretty quickly now!!! Oh, I almost forgot, my cousins fiancées bachlorette party is this day too!! Man it is going to be a LONG day!!!
Sunday 5/2- I have my friends baby show to go to today.
Friday 5/14- Leaving my house at the butt crack of dawn to drive to Altoona PA for my cousins wedding. It is about 5+ hours away and we need to be there by 2p for the rehearsal. Devon and my brother are in the wedding so I kindly volunteered to go early Friday, so that my mom and dad could work half days then come up that night.
Saturday 5/15- My cousins Wedding!!! I cannot wait to see Devon is his tux! He is going to look so stinkin handsome!
Sunday 5/16- Make the long trek back home from Altoona, after what I hope to me a wonderful weekend for my family.
Monday 5/24- My other cousin Dave is graduating from University of Pittsburgh Medical School today!!! Woo Hoo!!! I am so very excited for him! He is doing his residency at the University on San Fran Medial Center. I am very much looking forward to going out to the West Coast for a visit!
Friday 5/29-Monday 5/31- Memorial Day weekend
Not 100% yet, but Devon is with his dad that weekend, so Mommy thinks she is hitting up the Jersey shore!!!
Saturday 6/5- Graduation party for a very dear family friend.
Sunday 6/6- MY ADR MAKING DAY!!! Oh YAY!!! Woo Hoo!!! Which means ONLY 180 day till the trip!!!
Thursday 6/10- Southwest releases fares for 11/1 on
Will hopefully be booking my airfare today!
Thursday 6/17- I have a dentist appt after work
Boo!!! But at least I will have nice clean teeth!
Friday 6/18- Devons last day of 2nd grade!!! Summer vacation begins!!!
Monday 6/28- The day that I have been waiting for, for the last 22 months has finally come!!! I GRADUATE from grad school today with my MBA!!! Its been crazy hectic lately trying to juggle work, single parenthood and school, so this day cannot come soon enough!
Thursday 7/8 to Sunday 7/11- This is tentative as of now, but I think we are heading down to Virginia for a long week to go to Busch Gardens.
Tuesday 8/24- Devon has an ENT doctor appt. Hopefully, if all goes well, this will be his last visit here
He has been going to the ENT every 6 months for the last 5 years b/c of ear issues. He has had 2 sets of tubes put in his ears since then, and it looks like he is finally clear! YES!!!
Tuesday 9/7- I am thinking this is Devons 1st day back to school, but wont know till some time in June for sure. Cant believe my baby is starting 3rd grade!
Tuesday 10/19- FINAL payment for Disney World due!!! Hoping by now, I wont owe anything though and REALLY hope we know of any deals by now!!!
Thursday 11/4- Political Party in Washington DC
Thursday 11/25- Thanksgiving!!! And we all know what that means!!!
Devon gets surprised today!!! He finds out he is going to Disney! I sure hope the secret is till safe by now!
Friday 11/26- Black Friday shopping!!! This is one of my favorite traditions with my mom! We SHOP all day and night! Hopefully I will be able to get some good deals on any last minute stuff I need for the trip. Because as of then I will one have 1 week left to go!!!
Between 11/27 and 12/1, my goal is to completely decorate the house for Christmas, so I will not have to deal with it when I come home
Wrapping everything is the only thing that I want to have to worry about when I get home!
Thursday 12/2- Pack, Pack and Pack some more!!!
Friday 12/3-
Were going to DISNEY WORLD today!!! Plan is to wake up, take mister Dev to school, work and ½ day, pick Devon up from school early and go to the airport!

You think I have enough to keep me busy for the next 240 day??? I sure hope so!
What a wonderful idea!!! I just might have to take that into consideration for next year!
Well anyway I hope all your plans go well. I cant wait to hear about them as you go. 
I think this is definitely a rebuilding year for the Birds! With all the draft pick we have, I hope we trade up and get some good players!! I actually just read in the Orlando Sentenial that they are looking at Tebow!!! 
. She might be my last baby and I don't want her to ever grow up!!
NicK!!! And I hope you are right and the eagles have something up their sleeves... If not it is going to be one LONG eagles season!!!
But I am really going to need a vacation after the crazy year I am going to have in work! I do political advertising, and being its an election year, my life is going to be oh so hectic until Nov. 2nd.
