I made my tee time for Arthur Hills at Palmetto Dunes! I can't wait!!!

We went in April this year and already scheduled to return weekend before Christmas, rained every day in April and we still had a great time. TO us it feels like a "summer camp" type environment where everyone can do their own thing and no worries. Just let the kids go off, they will find something to keep themselves occupied, no matter what the age.

Any ideas on a family dinner for 8 near Christmas? Something not over the top expensive?

We check in on December 19th and check out on the 21st when we'll be headed to WDW. I hope the weather is good for us...

I just found the activity sheet for last November when I was cleaning out the den. Looks like a pretty full week! Besides some Thanksgiving activities, there's kayaking, magic with B'lou, Mickey Tie-die, resort nature walk, secrets of the marsh, Pinckney Island tour, and lots of other events.

We are running warmer temps this week, but, they did actually have a snow storm in middle SC this past weekend.

I don't think this warm spell will last too long.

The Conan Clan will be heading to WDW in December. It will be warmer down there.

We will be checking in December 19th- 26th. Can't wait. Any ideas about what special activities they may have for Christmas Eve and Christmas day?

We will be there over New Years. Do they do anything foe New Years Eve?

We will be going down Feb 1 for one night to check it out on our way home from WDW. I am anxious to see what the resort is like, having never been there. So excited! Any tips or thoughts are welcome.

Get a Joyce Burger at the Grill near the pool, and, if you need help ask for Mike the Pool guy. He is a Wiz at the local stuff.

See ya around the resort. When you're in Big Murgie's Den, look at the ceiling-they changed it in the rehab, looks nice. Will you be wearing a "MarkyMouse" shirt?
