I was just looking at our brochure for the DTD Hilton and it mentions a character breakfast on sunday mornings. Has anyone gone to this? I was wondering if it is good and what characters they have? How much does it cost?

I already have tusker house reservations for that same morning but I was wondering which one would be better.

Stayed at the Hilton last weekend. I believe the price was $22/per adult for breakfast. I think if you are looking for a true Disney breakfast with games and music you would be disappointed. It is more like a hotel breakfast that just so happens to have characters walking around. It also isn't as organized as Disney with character handlers and set way that they work the room. While there we saw

Pluto
Goofy
Minnie

and two characters that I don't know their name. They may have been part of the brer rabbit story. One was a big wolf and the other was a big bear with a hat.

We were staying at the Hilton and I am a Hilton Diamond. Normally diamonds get access to the Executive Lounge on the 9th floor which serves breakfast. They were remodeling the Exec Lounge so they gave us certificates to the restaurant. So we got it for $4 upcharge over the continental price.

The food was actually quite good. They had all the standard breakfast items one would expect and they all had cooked to order omelets and Mickey waffles.

thanks!
i think we will stick with the tusker house. it will be cheaper and better characters. DS is looking forward to seeing Daisy there.
