This was the first of many more visits for us. The hotel is located on a quiet wooded piece of property which added to the relaxing ambiance. The lazy river pool was so much fun and they were kind to blow up the tubes we brought from home. The rooms were clean and comfy although the decor was decidedly masculine (brown, chrome, modern). The highlight of the room was the huge HDTV. Great picture quality and did I say BIG? One glitch was the broken room safe that 2 different workmen couldn't fix. It's also in an odd place inside a nightstand drawer and it took us awhile to find it. The Harvest Bistro has an extensive and fresh breakfast buffet. Be sure to treat yourself to La Luce, for upscale Italian dining. I had ravioli that was melt in your mouth delicious. We savored our entire meal. The pool restaurant, Beech, needs some improvement though. The nachos were movie theater concession stand quality. Picture melted cheese whiz topping. The caesar salad was mediocre with what tasted like bottled dressing. Both were vastly overpriced at $9 each. Despite these few complaints we wholeheartedly enjoyed our time at Hilton Bonnet Creek and will return as soon as possible.
