Highway in the Sky - Question regarding Tipping

We will be doing the Highway in the Sky Dine Around next month, so excited to do something new!
Is there one/two particular people that take you around? Do you tip at the end of your drinks, meals?

There is not an obvious expectation/opportunity for tipping extra, so no need to feel like it may be an issue. Hope you have a wonderful experience. We enjoyed it so much we are going again this trip as well.
