Sure looks like the 4th floor deck. Bummer that it'll be partially* closed off to everyone else. That's my favorite spot to watch fireworks when we stay at BLT in a Standard or Lake view. (We're not DVC members, so we can't access TOTWL.) We have little kids that are asleep by 7-8. It was so convenient to sneak out for the show while my husband stayed with the sleeping kids (or vice versa).

They are obviously on the front end, if roped off say in half ... does the back end have a good view? Pictures it looks big.
