Just read through the whole thread, and I saw mention of food allergies, but what about preference? I don't eat beef or pork (not an allergy, but it does make me sick), it looks like a good chunk of the menu is off limits. Has anyone had experience or seen another attendee get vegetarian options? I know I'm asking too much, but I wish they'd offer maybe 2 or 3 options on the courses. Same with drinks, maybe a choice between beer or wine for non-wine drinkers.
Note: I said I think in my original post, or one thereafter, that the cheeses were Tillamook, Brie and the cheddar. I said the cheddar was chunks. So there are 3 cheeses, one was served as pieces, while the other two were little slices.
