2nd Disney trip without kids for 2 40-something year old women.
We had so much fun, we hardly turned on the television. I think we only watched the embarkation talk. Definitely lots for adults to do.
Brief highlights:
Actual grilled lobster tails at Serenity Bay (2nd Day), the Avengers movie, sunny & pleasant weather most days, the spa, Crush chatting with us in Animator’s Palate (Awesome!), biking on Castaway Cay for 2 days, comic ventriloquist with a puppet named Matilda, who crushed on a guy named Steve from the audience during all his shows (hilarious), Cruise Director Clayton’s help and special dance
, Palo’s fabulous afternoon tea (scones were delicious), DCL Staff was super friendly and very international, Remy’s after dinner dessert feast (I ate everything), adult karaoke, aquaduck, Club Evolution for Adults, etc. I could go on and on.
Special cheers to Alessandro (Italy) and Suzy (Thailand, Aussie) from Palo and Cookies Too!
BTW, food was so much better than I remembered from my first Disney cruise in 2008. Ship was easy to navigate, didn’t feel crowded anywhere I hung out. No problem with elevators, but we mainly used forward or aft.
I'd be happy to answer any questions.
