There is a piano on stage in Country Bears, outside of Casey's Corner, and on screen in Mickey's PhilharMagic. So the one place that I do not think has a piano would be Pecos Bill.

The answer to #5 given on this board is wrong; 3 comes before 4. "Everybody has been giving the wrong answer today!" said the VMK lady. The answer they're looking for is:

The answers for Disneyland are in message #66 in this thread and in the Player's Guide sticky in this forum section. They are in white out so you have to highlight them to see them.
