High School Musical Haters Thread

Hey Everyone.


If there is one thing that i do not like that is disney, it is high school musical. From the constantly annoying songs, to the stereotypical characters, I just don't like it. Is anyone else in my group?

Well they are just saying (as well as I did) they liked HSM. They are voicing their opinions just like you were.

I've seen it, thought it was cute, but I definitely didn't love it. On a scale of 1-10, I thought it was maybe a 5, but no higher. And the sequel will probably totally blow. Yet it'll get a ton of hype, because it's the sequel to such a phenomenon.

And I'm probably gonna watch HSM2 just so I can ridicule it.

Thats a great reason to watch a movie, if you dont like it then why watch it?

Anyways, I liked the HSM and I'm waiting for HSM2.

You do realize that you can't keep us fans off of this thread. You can't be biased; we all throw our opinions in whether we get flamed or not. I'm not flaming you. I'm just telling you that even on fan threads, we sometimes get mixed opinions thrown in- whether we wanted that or not.

um. is it just me or did this thread say people who DIDNT like it??? if this is gonna start a fight its only gonna be because of the people who do like it coming in here. we dont go and ruin your fun in your thread that supports it so people need to stop ruining ours.

but anyways; i cannot stand it. In choir last year after concerts we got like a week for 'fun days' and we watched a movie and a lot of people voted for hsm.. omg i thought i was going to die.

not only are the cast members super annoying, but zac efron bugs me like no other.

the only reason i even pay the tiniest bit of attention to the movie is because corbin bleu [sp?] is amazingly gorgeous. but yeah.

im also not a big fan of vanessa hudgens. her voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard.

I didn't like it. Maybe it was because I thought the storyline was so overdone. Then again, it may have been because I can't stand Zac Effron. He makes me gag. I won't be watching the second one.

Disney's movies were way better back during the age of ones like Luck of the Irish and the original Halloweentown.

I don't hate HSM and have watch it like twice. And I will most likely see the HSM2. But it isn't my all time favorite either. I just can't say I hate it. But to each there own I guess.

I greatly dislike it. It's gotten more hype than it's worth.
And the reason you don't mind many on here that don't like it, is that there are a quite a few young ones (don't take that the wrong way) and this is a Disney forum. Whether or not the DC is TRUE Disney, it's apart of the company one way or another... so of course there will be HSM lovers on here.

However, I don't think there is anybody on the HSM thread (the official one) bashing it is there?
No, she can't keep you off of here, but maybe it's not worth the argument?
