High pressure at HGVClub?

Has anyone exchanged into this place through RCI? My parents are going to be using our timeshare and I don't want them to have to deal with high pressure sales talks. We exchanged into Westgate Vacation Villas several years ago and it was a NIGHTMARE!! I don't want them to have to go through that! Also, what is the place like? Is it nice? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

When exchanging into a resort, you are under no obligation to take a sales tour. If offered, they should just decline. If they are offered a sales tour for a perk (like HHonors points, etc), and they accept, it will not be a high pressure situation like Westgate. About comparable to a Marriott tour.

I've stayed there twice (on short notice reservations for reduced rate available to HGVC members), and was not bothered at all by any sales people.

They will love the resort!
