is 77 warm enough for a water park? We have chairs reserved for blizzard beach on Sunday -
If we don't go, I need to cancel soon so I'll get the refund ... But then what to do on Easter! The parks will be swamped. Would you go to the water park anyway? 77 isn't hot, but it's not exactly cold...
Thoughts?

Lauren, After this winter 77 will seem downright tropical. Go for it!
Hi Patty! I agree that it'll feel great in shorts - just wondering about how it'll feel if we're wet. Hoping the forecast will warm up / the rest of the week is high 80's and 90!

Is it supposed to be sunny? 77 and sunny definitely feels different than 77 and cloudy.

77, partly cloudy, 20% chance of rain.
Local stations are actually saying 79 to 80.

That makes it a little harder. Sun on wet skin feels so much warmer than clouds. I'd go for it anyway. I wish I had that dilemma. :)

Totally depends on you and how wimpy you are... I'm Florida born and raised. I won't get in the pool unless it's in the upper 80s!

We were at Blizzard Beach on a low 80s day, and it was ok in the sun, but man it was chilly in the shade while wet. And there is a lot of shade.

It really depends on what you are accustomed to. For "northerners" who are just visiting after a really severe winter I'd think that 77 will feel just balmy.

OTOH, if you're from a warmer state, you might find that 77 is not warm enough.

I'd go but bring plenty of towels and yoga or sweat pants and sweat shirt.

Lol - we're in upstate NY and my backyard is still covered in snow!

Funny, I brought a high school group from Cleveland at Thanksgiving a few years ago. The air temp was in the low 60s at best, but those kids had a BLAST. They almost had the park to themselves. We adults, admittedly, found some lounge chairs and just may have dozed a bit (this was after an overnight, 22-hour bus trip!).

They all said when they were in the water it was great. It was when they got out that they got cold!

Go! That's plenty warm enough, IMO. I went a few years ago and it was high 60s and very cloudy. It was a bit chilly, but totally empty and worth it! Love d every second.
