HIFS reservation/fitness room ??

Hi
going back to the world in aug 03. last year stayed at GF on site.
This year looking to do other things besides WDw and be able to stay up after kids go to sleep..HIFS gets great reviews
?? saw entertaiment rate 99.50. checked my local book and the orlando book(on-line) and couldn't find HIFS..any help or do they just accept card?? does disney club card work??
?? DH is serious fitness buff. LOVED GF fitness room ....Anyone use HIFS? He's especially looking for weight machines or free weights
looked at online pix's and saw treads bikes and steppers.....any help for above most appreciated thanks

I can tell you that the fitness room is very small and it didn't have much equipment at all. I loved staying at HIFS, but wasn't impressed with the fitness room at all. Guess they figure that many people wouldn't be using it............which was the case when I checked it out, there was only kids in there.

thanks i'll have to check into a local health club mini-membership or other site(the kids would like to stay here though)
