The simple answer to that is no (unfortunately) at most of the vacation home resorts, however it does depend on whom you book with, it pains me to say it (I prefer bookings to be made direct with the owner, you get a better deal) but if you book with one of the larger companies they do have maid service, I did find one the other day that was offering just that at Emerald Island Resort, can not remember the name of the company at present but will look it up, if you are interested let me know.
I also know a management company and will ask if they have any provisions.
