Hidden Restaurant?

I have been told that there is a restaurant that is not advertized and only those who are treated as VIP's can eat in. Has anyone ever heard about this. I know there is a special place at Disneyland that you must be a memebr of a certain club to get into, but I have not heard this mentioned before at Disney World.
