Hidden Mickey - book recommendation?

Can someone recommend a good book for these? I'm guessing there are several options out there. Thinking of getting one for our kids as our way of breaking the news of our upcoming trip to them. Can you also let me know which is the latest book?

I recommend Steven Barrett's Hidden Mickeys - 6th Edition!

And there is also an app, if you don't want to carry the book around in the parks. But we did in 2011, and I highly recommend it! (We'll probably buy the app this year rather than get the latest edition of the book.)

If you get in the practice of asking the CM running the ride about the hidden mickeys they usually will really help you out and give you tips on how to best view them.

We love the app. It lets you keep track of which ones you find. We use it every trip.

Depending on the park you are going to I recommend "Hidden Mickey Adventures: in Disneyland" or "Hidden Mickey Adventures: in Disney California Adventure" or "Hidden Mickey Adventures: in WDW Magic Kingdom"
There are 20 games and quests and finding Hidden Mickey's are bonus questions in the quests with an image to look at and find (rather than a description like the other suggested books).

Also, if the kids are readers I suggest the "Hidden Mickey: and "Hidden Mickey Adventures" novels. type in this link to see them on Amazon --> goo.gl/M4qMS They are all 4 and 5 star reviews, and I personally love them.

thanks for the continued replies! Anxious to get there and do more hunting. We've sort of done it in the past, but it seems there are way more out there than we have seen. Should be fun.

We got this from the library then decided to order it so we can bring it to the parks in a couple weeks. It came from Amazon yesterday! We plan on just writing the dates next to them as we find them, not making a huge deal or spending too many hours on it. But after 12 trips to DW it does add an element of excitement! Plus the book is fairly small and doesn't weigh much so its no big deal to carry around.
