Hidden Mickey Bonus

Had a nice surprise today ... found all 50 hidden Mickey's and in addition to the 500 credits was awarded a VMK Insider Tour coupon ... no need to do quests. Works out pretty well since visiting WDW next week!

How do you do this? I bought the camera and took a picture of the mickey head balloons on main st. but it never says that I found a hidden mickey.

The hidden Mickey's are well ... hidden through-out the game. They are not overly obvious and usually just show a shaded outline. A good example is in VMK central ... look on the floor of the stage below "Hidden Mickey Quest"

When you take a picture it will highlight and say you found a hidden mickey.

The guide that is "stickied" here on the board has the locations ... if you want to be a real spoiler, visit www.vmkguide.com and there is a full section with the actual locations shown in screen-shots.

Just note that it takes some time AND CREDITS. Film costs 200 for 5 pictures.

Hola staylor! About those darn Hidden Mickeys...they're not things like the Mickey Balloons or the Mickey head in Town Square, they're a lot more difficult to find. Look for the signature 3 circle shape hidden within the textures of the backgrounds. Those are the registerable (is that a word?) hidden Mickeys. When you find one, they should be white in the photograph you take of it! Hope that helps!

Hey thanks everyone for the help about the hidden mickeys. I'll give it a shot. No pun intended, lol!

We are going to WDW in Oct. I'd love to get some extra stuff while we are there.

I just finished the mickeys with my other character to get the tour. We'll be headed down there for Christmas...I'll have tons of codes by then! LOL! I made need to adjust our itinerary to include a VMK day.
