Hi Speed / Wi-Fi Internet @ GC

I will be staying at the GC Conceirge level in July. I am self employed and need to check emails, and such. Is hi speed internet or wi-fi available? If so does anyone know the cost? I know at WDW it's a very high daily rate. I'm trying to figure out what cables I need to pack if any.

I know when I stayed at the GC 2 years ago I was able to take my laptop down to the Lobby and sit down there and access my internet I am not sure about all the rooms though having Wi-Fi

Internet is included in the cost of stay - so no extra charge for you I don't know, however, if it is WiFi or if you will need an ethernet cable.

There is an ethernet cable provided in every guest room - just plug in and go - and like the others said the fee is included in the daily resort fee.

As others have posted, cost is included in the resort fee. Lobby & pool are wifi while rooms have ethernet to hook up to your laptop.

The cables were in the desk for you to use. There was a little note saying that if you decide to keep the cable, they'll charge your room.

There is no extra charge its included in the basic rate. You can use wireless internet in the room if you get signal (which on every stay i have gotten a very good signal). DLH and GCH both have cables that you can plug into the computer to use the internet. If it isnt there or you have any trouble using it then you can call the operator and they will assist you or they have a special extension on a card that is next to the cable in your desk drawer. I used the internet on every trip for atleast 1-2 hours a day (im a college student and a manager who needed to send files to the office) so it will work perfectly for whatever you need to do.
