Hi new with some questions!

Hi, Iam Samantha from the UK. Iam getting married either this October or September. I think we are going to stay in either AKL or Bahama bay, its a tough desicision..
I have never been to WDW so Iam findind it hard to get my head round the transportation issues. I mean is it easy to get from say..AKL to the GF when in wedding attire?

Also it will be just the two us at the wedding and we haven't decided weather to go for an add on disney wedding or a wedding at say Leu gardens or even swan and dolphin.
Did all you past brides stay in your wedding dress after the ceromony...for dinner? or those of you that did the illuminations cruise, Did you change before hand?

There is just so much to choose from I could really do with some wedding reports to help me decide!

A good place to start might be at www.yourfairytale.com as there are many, many wedding reviews. I'm sure many of the brides here have also done trip reports.

I believe the intimate wedding comes with 3 hours of transportation which should get you from your chosen hotel to the ceremony, reception and back.

We were married at Sea Breeze Point in the evening. After the ceremony, reception and pictures, I changed into another dress (but left my hair the way it was) and we hopped onto a boat and took an illuminations cruise with the wedding party members.

We used our transportation portion for members of our wedding party so that they could go back and change as well. DH and I didn't have to go anywhere because we stayed at the same resort where we were married (BWI) and just changed in our rooms.

After the cruise we had a late dinner.

I love the Disney weddings because the handle everything down to the smallest detail and make sure that everything goes right. That is why I would recommend the intimate wedding route (although I don't know the particulars for your wedding party size etc.).
