Ok so last night i went to the doctor and well since i went back to school i have stopped exercising, i have no time. Well she reccommeneded(SP?) that i walk for a half hour on my lunch break, and cut calories to 1500. Now i knew what do to but just didnt care. NOW after sleeping on the subject I have decided that I am going to school to be a nurse, I want my kids to be healthy too, and I want to fit into a size that would allow me not to pay extra for the additioanl fabic (youknow when the sign says 9.99 for xl, 12.00 for xxl , and 15.00 for xxl) I want to at least fit into my jeans from last summer, you know just a few months ago!
So you all tell me where to start on this board!
So far I have had half a bagel for brakfast 150 calories, a gosh darn large glass of water, and a can of diced peaches with 80 calories.
