After a much too long break from WW. I am going to start back in on Wednesday. Wednesday has always been my weigh in day so I'm going to continue with that day. Plus I really liked the leader for that meeting (hopefully she is still there).
I haven't been there since the new points system so I'm curious how you all like it. Are you finding it easier or harder? Are you having better success with losing the weight since the switch?

I'm kicking myself for falling off the wagon, but hey, at least I'm going back, right.

Hello, you should come join us on the weight watchers chat :). As for the new program I like it however, you do have to watch with the free fruits. I have loss over 70lbs on WW it took me 2 years, too many Disney trips :rolleyes1, the program switched about a year in for me and I continued to be very successful. Hope that helps, good luck and again come join us on the other thread.

I was about 4 months into WW when they changed to points plus, but I continued to lose weight just fine on that plan. You do have to keep an eye on the free fruits - a serving a fruit is much smaller than we think it is, usually not even an entire piece of fruit by WW standards - and your other options is to load up on free veggies, which fill you up longer than fruit anyway.

Overall I think WW is a great program although it stopped working as well for me when I started exercising more. But still - I wouldn't be 75 pounds lighter today if not for WW. :)
