My name ist Natalie and I live with my husband husband Uli and our Kids Lennard (5) and Lorena (2) in Germany nearby the Netherlands.
My first trip to DW was in September ´98 and we try to be there every year (guess the only year we missed was in 2004 when I was pregnant with Lorena).
Fortunately it´s just a 5hour drive to Paris to shorten the time until the next trip.

We´ll be back to DW this August/September :rotfl: (decided to go just a few day before :teeth: )

Greetings from Germany
Natalie & family

Welcome to the DIS! You will love Wilderness Lodge if you havent stayed there before.

Glad to hear you like the Wilderness lodge! It's a little scary to spend so much more than an outside hotel - but if I was ever going to try it the FREE dining was the time!!! And once we decided to do it we figured go ahead and spend a bit more and stay at one of our top choices and really give it a shot. So, now we'll either be addicted and never go back to non-disney hotels.... or at least we will have given it a try and not always wonder what we're missing!!

The free dining has me so excited it's silly!!!! (I'll finally get to try all of those table service places I felt we couldn't afford..... it was always one night of Chef Mickey and that was it!) BOMAS HERE WE COME!!!!!! Watch out you giraffes the Wildebeests are here to eat all the food !!!!!!!

This time we´ll stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Little Lake Bryan.
Last time we spent 3 weeks in a villa at the Kissimmee-area, bt b/c of this short planning time and a trip to NY in December we´re on a smaller budget then last time.

Sounds great Babystern!!! I wish we could go to NY in Dec! I've always wanted to the NY city all done up with the Christmas lights, see the store indows, etc. Well, maybe next year since we're spending all of our money at Disney thsi year!!! LOL!

Welcome!

Danke schön :thumbsup2

Christmas in NY is awesome! I´ve been there 6 years ago and now we try it with the kids (age 5 and 2).
Florida is like home to us so we coudn´t resist booking a 2 week trip :teeth:
Jst looking at the Resort room-pictures. We always stood outside the Resort-time to change ;)

I think we will have to try NYC at Christmas soon too - I guess the kids are old enough now (3 & 7.)

I'm quite excited about the WL - in about 60 days we'll know if it was all worth it. Regardless, I'm sure it will be great!!

We nnever thoght before abot a stay in the Resort. While or actual planning we kept an eye on the Pop Century, but DH preferred breakfast include ....
The flights to Orlando became more expensive with the years and that doesn´t allow that big bdget for the Grand Floridian  And we DO need a car-just to leave for a break at the beaches :sunny:
