Waving a big HI to all my Dis pal's - lots happening down here - was chatting with a DVC person at the beginning of our trip and she was telling us all about the Villa's at AKL that had just been announced the day before - we'll have to hit the welcome home Wednesdays to find out more about it. OR I'm sure I could just go to the DVC board and read about it there
Saw the Beach Boys tonight - 2X - loved it. F&Wfestival has been nuts this weekend going to try later in the week as we haven't been able to get near the booths. Tried test track while we were there and left as it was over an hour wait in the standby line and fast passes were long gone. Rode the new Nemo ride 2X and it was pretty cool - don't want to spoil it for anyone but it really is neat the way they make nemo and all the others look like they are swimming with the fish.
Did MNSSHP 10/12 and it was GREAT - parade and hallowishes was worth it alone. Candy lines were fine and at the beginning of the evening we walked onto Pirates, haunted mansion, thunder mountain and buzz with no wait - was great. No waits for anything except the line to see the princesses - my 6.5yo got to meet his 'hero' Prince Philip and he even got a kiss on the cheek with lipstick left behind by Princess Aurora. He was so thrilled and pictures should be great - he was dressed up as Prince Philip.
Did the hoop de doo last week too and we all loved it. I can see us doing it again and again!
Tomorrow we are off to MGM and have a fantasmic dinner package so hoping we can get the park done in one day as there's still so much we want to see and do!!
I do know I will never ever do the resort hopping again - it just isn't working for us here - too much packing up and moving with too much to move - went shopping one day and had to buy another huge suitcase
One more move on Tuesday to Saratoga and so far WL is still our fav. OKW was nice but you really do need a car there. Boardwalk is great so far but boy it's going to be hard to go to just staying in a studio from the 2 bedroom. We've become spoiled.
Hope everyone 'up there' in Ontario is enjoying the snow
Off to bed - it's yet another early morning tomorrow
PS explorer's - got the Mouse ears and I hope they are the right ones!!
