I was thinking of wearing this with a Polka dot skirt I own.

OMG this Dress is looks very pretty. plus I do love Minnie mouse. and could wear it on my Birthday and every trip.

Now. My question is are they tight? Do they run big or small? I don't really like my clothes to be super tight. I can't try it on if I buy them online. as I want them to come before we go.
If it helps I am medium built. Not overweight but not thin either. Height about 5'5. would a 2x large work?

I know someone here must have one, Thank you, Ruth :)

I don't own either of these (although I've had my eye on the Minnie dress for awhile :)) but about 80% of my wardrobe is Disney. IMO most of their clothes for ladies run small. If it's Disney I normally order one size larger than I would otherwise.

Love your style!

See the comments here. They say the dress runs large.

I own several shirts from Disney and I tried that dress on when I was there. I think they run pretty true to what the size chart says. So, I would suggest using a measuring tape around your bust and then looking at their size chart.

My daughter just bought this a few days ago at the Emporium, (shirt), she is 15 and is small, usually get x-small, but we got a small, it was tight in the bust, she is only 32", I saw the dress, but really cannot comment on that one. SHE absolutely loves the shirt though.

I've found it to be a 50/50 chance with ladies shirts when you go there, for the most part I've had to buy a size larger then i wear for them.

I have that dress and found it ran a little small in the chest. I bought a size medium and it worked out well overall but I pinned the top of the dress since I was afraid I'd be popping out. We are headed to Disneyland and California next Sunday, it's a 2 week trip with Vegas, Disneyland, California adventure of course, Universal, beaches and San Diego. So I'm also going the week your going to Disneyland ... Carsland is so fun and looking forward to a get away as well : ) Now you have me thinking about what clothes to bring?
Have a fabulous trip and wonderful birthday (( happy birthday ))

Thank you everyone for you're thoughts. Anybody else?

I guess I should have stated I am a 44D bust size. if that is needed,

FWIW I wear a size larger in women's tees at Disney than if I buy them at a store in the outside world. I do think they run a bit small.

You can buy both items online at the disney store website and there's ratings and reviews for them, including if people think they run small/large/true to size.

Why Thank you. it's on the 24th.

Thanks for the heads up on the top part. Usually I don't have that problem but if I get it that's good to know,

*Side note* I agree I been to Carsland and it is my kids favorite land. (other then Fantasyland). Sadly I just can't do Luigi's ride
