 Welcome to the Dis! You'll find all sorts of great info and new friends on here. How sweet to take your niece on an upcoming trip. Looking forward to hearing more of your plans!

hi there, thanks for the warm welcome....I cant believe how many people there are too this forum and how busy it is!!!

Seing as your all so friendly, I'll be honest in that I'm as big a Disney fan as any of you seem to be - when I went to Disney in california, I found it hard to deal with the ques/heat etc BUT when the parade came on it was amazing to watch the faces off children hence the reason I will be looking into a little trip to Disneyland Paris in the not too distant future with the niece.

Hopefully I'll find plenty of tips and advice for the trip to Paris to avoid/minimise the ques and make it a more enjoyable experience for myself as well as the the kids.

:welcome: The DISboard is great and you will find many great ideas and suggestions on here.

We are huge WDW fans and have gone several times but this past summer we went touring Europe while we were visiting my cousin in Germany and we took his 3 yo daughter to Disneyland Paris for one day. She had a great time and it was a much larger park than I was expecting. Disney just never seems to go wrong.

I am taking my DS18 on a Land 'n Sea vacation in August '08 for a graduation present. In the summer of '09 we are planning a magical gathering and taking the same 3yo daughter, only then she will be 5, and my will be 4 yo grandneice for a week at WDW.

So, have fun, and remember half of the fun is in the planning.
