Hi everyone...my name is Tracy and I am new to the WISH boards! I would like to lose 15-20 lbs, but most of all, would like to start (and continue) a fitness plan. I am going to start walking this afternoon and will set my goal for 4 times a week for 30 minutes. I also need to start eating healthier! I seem to last about a week on any diet I start. Maybe combining it with regular walks will motivate me to stick with it! Hopefully you guys can encourage me and I'll do the same for you! Thanks!!
