Trying to make sure this is on topic enough to stay on the DVC board...
Anyone who has done "A Private Affair" or one of the Longview Cooking Club events at the DVC Hilton Head Resort is familiar with Chef Gordon... I just found out that he's been asked to be a guest chef at the Food & Wine Festival this year! He will be doing the "Party for the Senses" as well as a cooking demonstration on another day.
The final schedule hasn't been put out yet, so he doesn't know for sure the dates he will be there.
I'm sure hoping it will be on October 23, because that's the weekend we're going to F & W.
He has promised to let me know as soon as he knows the exact dates, and I will be sure to pass the word along. I'm sure he will appreciate seeing some familiar DVC faces in the crowd!
Now we just have to hope that one of the WDW restaurants doesn't try to snag him into working there instead of Hilton Head!
