HHN & wheelchairs

I am planning on using a wheelchair at the parks while there ( knee problem). I was told that during regular days there is no problems with lines, etc & "crowding" with wheelchair use.

but I was wondering what the problems might be during HHN?
do wheelchair users still have to go through the cattle lines? is so awfully crowded that wheelchairs cannot make it through the crowds?
