We will be in universal studios next week. We are staying for 3 nights at the hard rock and have 3 day park to park tickets.

I see online that you can add HHN tickets for 45 dollars less than the gate price. Can we add these onto our tickets when we check in? Or does this need to be down before we get to univesal TIA!

where is guest services? are they located at the parks and the hotels..or just the parks?

There is a guest services outside the gates and inside. The one inside is usually less busy.

We actually bought our tickets for HHN at the hotel and still got the discount when we showed our day tix. We were staying RPR, 09/28-10/02. It was actually the first thing we did when arriving, since I really wanted to attend.
