If I buy the ROF passes now can I later add express on if I want to? I want to buy my pass now so I have it but, waiting for the tours to come out to decide what we're going to do and on what night.

i know the tour info is not out yet but they will have tours on thur-sun on the dates you will be there.

if you go ahead and buy the ROF w/epp now, you will be using that express feature for the other 3 nights you are there.

i think i remember in an earlier post of yours that you planned to hit hhn all 4 nights.


i bought the ROF w/epp already and do plan on 2 tours this trip.
the uth and private tour.

i'll still come out ahead financially.


i would tend to think you could upgrade your ROF to the ROF w/epp at guest services.
others upgrade regular tickets throughout the year.

I don't need express on the RIP night and I think one night w/o it would be OK too.

What would you do? For the extra $75 just get the ROF pass with express?

i totally understand what you are saying.

what type of tour will you do?
private or non private/public tour?

if public, which # of hours will that tour be?
3-4-5?

if you take a short tour and start at the first time slot, you'll have more time left in the park w/o express.
if you take the private tour, that will take up the entire evening from 7 to 2 if you go on a peak night. (that is what i book) you won't need express if you go that route.

if you buy the express for thur and sunday, that would be $120 pp + tax using the ap figures.

you would need the express more on a saturday night than on the non peak nights, that is if you plan to go all 4 nights to hhn.
the express is $90 for saturdays.

We always go the 2nd of 3rd week in October so this will be interesting to see if it feels different! Liking the 4 nights in a row though and cheaper prices.

It looks like we're going to go 2 nights. First and second night. I was going to get the Express for the first night and not get it for the second. Now I'm wondering if we should do the tour?

the UTH tour is great.
in the past years, it was scheduled during the daytime for either a 11:00 or 2:00pm tour.
you will see 3 houses with the lights on inside and a detail background with the tour guide.

evening tours vary in hours and cost depending on the day of the week for non private tours.
private tours are 7 hours with a limit of 10 peeps.

i always do tours.
i find it the best way to catch everything about the hhn event.

the day tours provides you info that you would over look while doing the houses in the evening.
and you can take pictures of the houses in the day tour/UTH
