HHN, Daytime visits

We are planning on attending Universal Studios during the Halloween period however not doing the horror nights as Im a total scaredy cat and know I would not enjoy it.
Are there decorations up during the day and can you see the themed houses or are these in a different gated section of the park, does anybody know of any links where we can see the park maps for during this time so we know what will be open.

You won't see much of HHN during the day except maybe some banners or something along that line and the houses are not accessable during the day. All attractions at the Studios will be open during the day except for Fear Factor.
