HHN add on ticket question

I'm trying to buy a 2 day park to park ticket and add on a HHN ticket for one day. If i go to the regular Universal Orlando website and try to buy tickets if i add a 2 day park to park ticket to my cart when i go to the add on/upgrade section and try to add on the HHN option the date i want Oct 21st is unavailable.
But if i go to the HHN website directly www.halloweenhorrornights.com and do the HHN add on Oct 21st is available but the only option for the park tickets is a one day park to park ticket. I am going to try calling the order assistance number but i thought i would ask here first in case someone knows of maybe an easy fix to this that i am just missing.

for years the only way i can do the add on or discounted hhn ticket is by calling.

if you do buy the 2 day p2p ticket and later want to buy the hhn add on, call.
all you have to do is give the TM the order number on the day tickets you already purchased.
it will be in their system, they will look it up and see that you are eligible for the discounted add on ticket

i go thru the ap site and there is always a glitch with my ap number.
i end up calling to order my hhn tixs.

have had my same ap for going on 14 years.
my number on my photo card doesn't jive with the system anymore......lol
