I have reported this to both the front desk and maintenance.
I found this happening this past Sat upon arrival, reported it on Sunday, and now it is Tuesday and it is still happening. I have not been at this resort for @7 years.
The elevator in the Oak Lodge makes two loud metal-on-metal banging noises as it passes the 2nd floor (3rd floor if you count the parking garage). Then upon arrival at the 3rd floor, it pauses, then resets at a lower place before the doors open.
Is this normal for this location?
