HH to WDW

Planning on leaving HH on a Friday morning in June heading to WDW - anyone know the best time to leave to avoid traffic? And is 95 the best way to go? Haven’t driven to WDW in many years.

Traffic in Jacksonville should be ok since you will be driving later in morning I imagine.
95 to I-4.
