If you are referring to the amenities at HH, then no. The beach house, beach and pools are carded to guests staying at HH. Signage by every carded entrance states "for HH guests only".
They will let you in to see it if that is what you are looking for. When we purchased HH in 2000 we were actually there to see a Marriott timeshare and went over to visit HH and purchased there. Sorry Marriott.
If you want to tour the resort, you can even go to the entry gate and let the CM know (via intercom) that you are a member and would like to look around. If there is parking available they will likely open the gate for you and invite you to the Front Desk. If there is an unoccupied and clean villa they will likely allow a tour of the room too. You will certainly be allowed to walk over to Community Hall and see the facilities. In the summer, the resort is pretty well filled on a daily basis, but early afternoon Friday or Saturday might be the best time to find a clean and unoccupied villa to see.
In the past they have not provided access to the Beach House - since that would require a room key as well as an access pass to get thru the security gate to the beach.
The sales office has been closed for years now, so there is no longer an onsite office for a sales visit, but the Front Desk will gladly provide information about the resort (be sure to take a peek inside Bug Murgies Den) - and you might even get a glass of lemonade and a cranberry cookie!
