Saturday, April 18.
Breakfast again.
Not a big breakfast person,
as long as I dont have to pay $5.00 for a banana
I guess I'm good.
I had a great conversation with a couple from
Sarasota Florida.
She told me to go to the Millennium Mall.
Stimulate the economy of Florida and go shopping.
Im really hate that word stimulate.
Every few years a word or phrase will evolve
Which is way over used.

Stimulate the Economy
Amazing
She told me, they have some really great high-end stores.
Um,
I was just looking for the nearest outlets.
It was only 7:30 a.m. and I went back to our room
and tried to hook-up to anyones free wireless.
Marriott was on the other side of the Spa area.
I totally wanted to check out their turbo lazy river today.
The complex had 7 pools and you could use them at
any time.
I looked up Spa prices today too,
$240 was the cheapest package.
$180 to have a consulatation
to style your hair.
I couldn't image what it cost to cut your hair.
This is the Marriott and spa area outside of our balcony.
When we were in Savannah, we parked across the street
From Marriotts and pulled in their free wireless.
The Ritz kept blocking me out, when I tried the connection.
"Savvy oh those Ritz people."
So I logged in for $9.00, for 24 hours.
I needed to checkin at noon with AirTran
for our flight home.
We had our seats already,
I just wanted to make sure they knew we
were coming, so they didn't give our seats away.
The flight was completely full,
since it was the week after Easter.
I logged onto the DIS and went to the Budget Board.
Ya! For the Search function finally working on the DIS.
I found a whole outline explanation of
shopping Outlets in Orlando that some DIS member put together.
I was less than a mile away from Premium Outlets and the
other smaller outlet area that had a better selection of
overstocked WDW merchandise.
I called down today for our rental.
At 9:00 a.m. I closed up the laptop with
directions in my hand and ran into
the other wife
in the lobby.
I invited her along.
Last nite was soooooooo important
to shop,
I figured she would be wanting to do
something today, especially shop!!!
I told her, I only planned on being gone an hour or two
And the outlets were right down the road.
She declined,
again.
But she offered me her GPS system.
They rented with their rental car.
She thought it was hilarious that I got
lost going out of the Ritz complex yesterday.
Ya, real funny.
Alone,
again.
Traffic was non-existence once again today.
Either Sea World and Discovery Cove-(swim with the dolphins)
No one was ever going into either place.
The entrances were right down the road from The Ritz,
I ve been driving by every day
with non-existance back-ups.
The Outlet Store was on Internation Drive,
south of Florida Parkway Drive.
I took a left this time,
instead of a right.
I parked in the North East entrance and found a Croc
store right away.
No bargains, most Crocs were still in the $30-$40 range.
I was looking for the Off Road crocs and they only
Had the black.
Found the Fossil store and the wanted $125 for the
same watch I found at Universal Studios store at the City Walk.
They did have tables of watches and I found one for $29.
I failed to see that it wasnt working. I took it to Battery Plus
hoping it only needed a battery and it did.
The salesman at Battery Plus told me Fossil will sell their watches
cheap without batteries.
I like it, it is silver/gold with a midnite blue inset.
My other one had a red inset.
Big watch maker- over, hey!
Tonite was banquet nite, and I only had
one good outfit left.
I wore my dress the previous evening,
because I thought we were going to skip the
Banquet tonite and go over to the Citi-Walk at Universal.
We met with the person that put together the convention at
breakfast, and we both felt, we really couldnt skip tonite.
I went in a few stores looking at dresses.
I know I walked in the Dress Barn and I
pretty much turned right back out.
I sure hope styles of dresses change soon.
I dont need to be wearing a tu-tu with
big purple and yellow magnolias plastered on the dress.
Oh, and I did find the Disney Store.
Lots of left over Christmas merchandise.
I left that store too, without finding anything.
I gave up, and just decided to leave.
It was sort of scary shopping alone and groups
of young guys were roaming around the stores.
I didnt feel comfortable anymore, so I found
my area where I parked and just went back for the day.
