Hello, I'm having my first trip to Disney World in October! I can't wait ! I've loved Disney Movies all my life and I've waited for this trip forever!What do you all consider to be the best ride, restaurant and hotel?

how exciting, you are going to have so much fun at wdw & bring a camera! since youre going in october make sure to check out the food & wine festival at epcot & mickeys not so scary halloween party at magic kingdom.

favorite ride magic kingdom splash mountain or big thunder mountain, mgm great movie ride or indiana jones stunt show, epcot living seas attraction or honey i shrunk the audience, animal kingdom kilimanjaro safari, favorite water park blizzard beach.

favorite restaurant all the world showcase restaurants & cafes at epcot are fabolous.

favorite resort value allstar movies, moderate port orleans riverside magnolia mansions, deluxe animal kingdom lodge or the yacht club.

Congratulations you are going to WDW. I am going in December (5th trip)

Favorites:

Magic Kingdom: Castle, Mickey's Philarmonic, Buzz Lightyear, Haunted mansion, Splash Mt.

MGM: Movie ride, Muppet 3-D, Tower of Terror, Brown Derby, Fantasia

Epcot: Mission Space

AK: Safari, Dinosaurs, Bugs Life 3-D

Hotels: Port Orleans, Wilderness Lodge (we are trying AKL this trip)

Food: California Grill, Flying Fish, Artist Point

October is a good time to go with the Food and Wine Festival and Mickey's Halloween.

You will have a great time!

The best advice I can give you is to enjoy everything but do NOT stress if you can't get it all in. I see guests so determined to get in as much as possible that they almost miss the enjoyment of the moment.

Restaurant-Peco Bill's (sp?)
Hotel-I LOVE the WL and the S&D. But all of them are great honestly.

My favorite ride is RnR. Fav restaurant is Maya Grill. Fav hotel is CSR (so far but hoping to visit many more over the course of years of disney)

Best Ride: Haunted Mansion ...memories
Restaurant: Because I always have to keep kids in tow...I guess Beirgarten...but don't go by my limited choices.
Hotel: Valuewise POR, Money no object...Grand Flordian.

I remember the first time I drove under the WDW arch as I entered the World!
Nothing else like it! Talk about a natural high!
Just take your time visiting WDW...too much to do, see ...enjoy, and best of
times!

My favorite rides are:
MK - Splash Mountain, Buzz Lightyear and the Pooh ride ( I love to bounce with Tigger)
MGM - Rock N Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror
Epcot - Soarin', Mission Space
AK - Kilamanjaro Safari, Kali River Rapids

Shows:
MK - Mickey's Philharmagic
MGM - Indian Jones
AK - Festival of the Lion King

Overall favorite ride is Soarin and show is Festival of the Lion King.

Favorite Hotel is Wilderness Lodge with Animal Kingdom a close second.

Favorite restaurants would be Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace. Both are character meals and breakfast and dinner are both fine.

Favorite counter service is Cosmic Rays in the Magic Kingdom and Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club.

My favorite ride (I'm guessing will be yours too)--Pirates of the Caribbean.

My other favorites at MK--I'ts a Small World (corny but pure Disney), Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, & The Hall of Presidents. My dh LOVES the technology in Timekeeper.

I love the California Grille in the Contemporary resort!

Epcot favorite ride--Spaceship Earth Pavillion (I haven't been since they added Soarin & Mission Space, which I'm excited to try when we go in Jan.)

Epcot favorite restaurants--Le Cellier

MGM Favorites--Fantasmic!, The Great Movie Ride, & Tower of Terror.

MGM Favorite restaurant--The Hollywood Brown Derby (Can't miss)

Animal Kingdom Favorite attractions--Kilimanjaro Safari & Dinosaur

All the resorts are incredible! Look on line at the pictures and pick one that suits your budget and taste.
