He is back to normal completely today. He is eating normal food, so everything is good again in Cooper's world.

After going to typhoon lagoon on my last trip, it was absolutely amazing!!! the slides were super fun, the waves were enormous!!! and the atmosphere is very pretty

Yeah..the Trahan's are in for a treat at the Lagoon!!! Can't wait to see Bryan take on the 6 foot waves in the wave pool!!!

Randy we will be in Disney in 61 days and Universal in 66 days (April 29 & 30)...
when I booked our room at the Royal Pacific (yes, we decided two nights )
the CM on the phone explained the express passes and said and I quote "if Harry Potter is open, we can use the EP once a day there" so I'm thinking we should be pretty close to the opening day...I never did take the time to see what the expected date of open is to be or even if they have given one...

we do it all in one trip (although, I'm missing SW again )we do not plan to go back to Orlando for about another 5 years after this trip...we have other locations to see

Wow.. a double doozie!!! This is exactly how we used to do it.. we would go to Orlando every other year (check the sig below). We would do Disney for the beginning of the week, and do Universal for the last few days. Now that we have DVC.. -as you can see- we have gone to Disney a lot more

If Harry Potter is open for you.. you HAVE to tell us all about it!!! My oldest - Chase- Loves Harry Potter, and we are already planning on going back in the near future so he can take a trip there. I would highly recommend staying onsight.. it is the ONLY way to do Universal IMHO. My youngest -Zach- absolutely gets the biggest charge out of "cutting the line" with his express pass

Awesome, so you will be doing both a few weeks before we head back to Disney.. you are going to HAVE to do a Trip Report!!!

We look forward to getting to TL this trip. Bryan is looking forward to the water park days more than anything else this year. Oh, he's also excited to FINALLY have someone going with us that likes to play golf.

He had sausage jambalaya for lunch today at daycare and ate a bag of chips when he got home. I think he's fine. Bryan is taking him back to the ENT on Thursday for his release appointment.

We haven't done both water parks yet. We'll be hitting TL for the first time in May. The boys absolutely LOVED BB last summer. So much that Sam has told us that we are not allowed to got to WDW with out going to the water parks. There are some great play areas for kids. I think Bryan and Sam spent about 3 hours in the lazy river that day. BB has some great slides for racing and Teamboat Springs (family raft ride) is just fabulous.

If you end up wanting to go to BB, let me know. Alisa was able to stake a great spot. It stays in the shade all day and was super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

oops, better read more carefully next time. I think BB is probably what we will do. Please let me know about the spot. When are you guys going?

I am going to "push" Frog and Tammi toward us doing both.. I know Alex wants to do both.. I'm hoping I can convince them to do both with us as well.. I think I'm just going to let them know that we will be doing both.. and they are free to join us if they wish.. I know they are onboard for the Monday.. I'm just gonna let them know that we will be going to BB on Tuesday as well. With us flying in Saturday.. that should give us time to enjoy all parks, and waterparks as well.

I told Alisa we could invite them. Stacey is not a newb. Sonny is the newb. STacey has been talking to me about doing DVC. They are considering trying to get a contract before the vacation. SHe is correctly guessing that if she wants to do it, she should try before the vacation and use the money they are paying for the room now as a downpayment. Sonny likes that he can go to places other than WDW. We're still chatting though.

I told ALisa that the museum closes at 4:30. Connie told me it takes about 1.5-2 hours to view the exhibit. That means we would have to be at NOMA by 2:30, and you would still be able to have an early dinner. I know you don't like to eat late.

Cooper is officially released from the ENT's service. Bryan had to laugh a little bit after the appointment because the dr said he would probably be able to start eating hamburgers and so on today. He should be ready for rougher foods like chips and pizza this weekend or Monday. Yeah...he's been eating that for almost a week now.

Great job Cooper! how is he feeling...I wanted to tell you to take videos of his voice it should start to change if he is anything like Gwendolyn was. She was squeaky and nasally before and normal after...
