Great updates. We had BB on our list for last year but got rained out....Yay for the couch to 5k! I started going to the gym 3 times a week and have noticed a difference.
Everyone is getting fit!!! Isn't that nice!!
Megan, how long does your interval session last this week? Do you do it everyday? Where are you running??
Wow. You are organized! The best I can do at this point is a Disney pile somewhere at the back of my closet.
They are 30 minutes long. The beginning intervals are for building up endurance only. The later ones or for building up speed. Right now the intervals are 60 second runs and 90 second walks. I move to my second week of it on Thursday. The run changes to 90 seconds with a 2 minute walk. After that it is combinations of run walks. The times vary for each interval. I'm doing it 4 times a week, but the C25K is generally for 3 days a week. I know my body, and I know I would need an extra day before moving on to longer times. If Bryan is home, I run through the neighborhood. If he's not home yet, I let Sam play on the playground behind St. Gregory, and I run the track.
