Absolutely priceless memories from an unforgettable day!!!!

Can't wait to do it all again this summer

Great BB pics and updates Megan and Randy! Y'all are really making me consider going to one of the waterparks.

Did you all get any of the weird weather that was moving through the last day or so? We finally got a substantial snow! I've lived here 14 years and this is the first one I've seen since I left MI. We've had a ball today. I put some snow pics on my PTR for you to check out Megan. :)

Thanks Randy! I was a little nervous since you were so eager for me to check them out. Bryan was saying on the way home this evening that he gets excited about going back just thinking about climbing those steps at BB.

Leanne - I'll have to go check out those snow pics. I have heard that there is a lot of snow north of us. The only thing we got was a 30 degree change in weather. It was 70 degrees yesterday. Today, it was in the low 40s. Gotta love winter in South LA! Try out the waterparks! We had a ton of fun over there. However, it is exhausting. Randy and Alisa can attest to how tired they were after that day. They had a very accident-prone dinner at WPE.

[FONT=Verdana"]So, nothing exciting is going on over here today. Cooper's T&A is in less than 2 weeks now. I hope he rebounds quickly. I hate knowing he's going to hurt because of a decision we made as his parents.

I decided today that I would go through our DIsney box to see what needs to be replenished. I also went through our swim bag to see how things were. I need to replenish the Advil. We ran out here at home one night, and I stole the one from the box. I also discovered that Cooper had broken into the Translformers banaids, so I need to get more. The neopsporin is still good. We realized last year that I did not include aloe vera in the box. We go to the dentist for check ups in February, and the free toothbrushes go in the Disney box. I did notice that there was no pepto or immodium either, so those are also on my list. There's plenty of toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, q-tips, laundry detergent, etc. I also keep loofahs, id bracelets for the boys, sunscreen, hats, mister fans, hairbrushes, glow bracelets/necklaces in there. Our backpack for the day in the park is also stored in there in between trips. The boys' swimsuits still fot, so they will not get a new one unless they grow drastically before May.

To add more of what I am doing for preparation, I have started the Couch to 5K running program. It is a podcast that brings you into being able to run a 5K in 9 weeks or less. It is interval running. This week my interval was 60 seconds running, 90 seconds walking with a warm up and cool down walk at the beginning and end. On Thursday I enter the second interval. I did a lot better with than I thought I would.

Great updates. We had BB on our list for last year but got rained out....Yay for the couch to 5k! I started going to the gym 3 times a week and have noticed a difference.

Everyone is getting fit!!! Isn't that nice!!

Megan, how long does your interval session last this week? Do you do it everyday? Where are you running??

Universal Update:

They are 30 minutes long. The beginning intervals are for building up endurance only. The later ones or for building up speed. Right now the intervals are 60 second runs and 90 second walks. I move to my second week of it on Thursday. The run changes to 90 seconds with a 2 minute walk. After that it is combinations of run walks. The times vary for each interval. I'm doing it 4 times a week, but the C25K is generally for 3 days a week. I know my body, and I know I would need an extra day before moving on to longer times. If Bryan is home, I run through the neighborhood. If he's not home yet, I let Sam play on the playground behind St. Gregory, and I run the track.

Wow. You are organized! :lmao: The best I can do at this point is a Disney pile somewhere at the back of my closet.

Well, the box stays packed year round. I just go to it as we get closer to the trip to see what needs to be refilled. Does it make you feel better that the box stays in the back of the closet?

Very nice!!! Can't wait to see you in your two piece in MAY

In just 12 days I will be riding HR3 in Universal Studios, Florida!!!

We have also decided to go check out BLUE MAN GROUP while we are there.. I would think that you would be at least somewhat interested in UF. with Harry Potter Land opening up later this year?

Universal Update-
Heading into single digit day countdown!!!

Hump day is here.. have a good one everyone!!!

YEAH BABY SINGLE DIGIT DANCE

In just 9 days we'll be heading to Universal Orlando!!!!

I'll come back and let you all know how awesome the new coaster Hollywood rip, ride, rocket is!!!

Update needed pls Megan.. I need my fix!!!

hey! Megan
great pictures looks like ya'll had a blast!
:thumbsup2 great job on the couch to 5K!!
that is a great idea on the disney box...I need to start picking up things again this year here and there for where ever and when ever we go. Hang in there with your anxieties over Cooper, for the little pain he has he will not be sick all the time afterwards (if he is anything like Gwendolyn was; she even stopped talking through her nose).

Randy I can't wait to hear what you guys think of the new coaster; it was still not open when we went last year, it did look incredible! Do you guys stay on grounds when you go? we are weighing the options for our next go round; we rented a townhouse last year.

:wave2: Connie
