Wow.. you guys had an awesome trip.. eh??? But then again.. don't we always!!!!

The boys looked terrified of the Tiki.. true?

After Mardi Gras.. we will only have one more WDW based DVC resort to "conquer".. that will be Wilderness Lodge.. Alisa has wanted to stay there since we first got our DVC... We've of course got several trips (including some big ones to Disneyland & dare I say Hawaii) already planned for the future.. but we are excited knowing that one day we will stay at VWL and have a great time while we are there!

The "Whispering Canyons" was probably our favorite dinner this past summer. Our waitress was hilarious.. looks like you guys had a blast there as well.

I'm getting a little nervous about going to Disney with no real dining plan.. but we'll see how it goes..

Can't wait for the conclusion of the TR.. it has been GREAT!!!

After soccer, I'm thinking of starting a Pre-trippy for Mardi Gras... we'll see...

Only 2 and a half weeks until Christmas break!!! Need to see when Bryan and I can have our traditional "Bad Santa" viewing soon...

So are we on for Saturday night???

Think of me tonight.. I'll be on the sidelines for two soccer games...w temps in the 30s and 40s... brrrrrrr.

And the two days spent at the water parks look lie tons of fun. Your boys are adorable and I am in love with your son's spider man moves. My daughter too was always doing a "crocodile move" she picked up at our day at AK for the rest of the trip.

I'm glad I found it b/c we will be staying at VWL next trip and it is nice to hear good things about it. Right now we have WCC planned for breakfast since VWL came up after I had already planned all of our meals. Have you tried breakfast there?

Also totally off topic... I remember reading that you had a waterproof camera. Do you remember which one it is? I am going to ask DH to get one for x-mas and I remembered that you liked yours. I have been looking on amazon but it is hard to judge when all of them have some great/some horrible reviews.

Thanks! I enjoy reading expereiences form trips that happen the same time as mine. Gives me a different perspective. I remember we took a trip once the first week of February. The parks were so empty that week. We have tons of pictures of empty parks in the middle of the day. M mom spoke to someone who went the same week we did, and all they could say was that it was so crowded they could barely get anything done.

We love the water parks. My boys don't think it's a complete trip unless we go to the water parks now.

We have done breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast has a skillet that we got as well...eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and I think grits. It was good. We'd do it again. Not as much going on during breakfast like there is at dinner.

Our camera is a Sony DSC-TX5. Sony only makes one waterproof camera, so it should be easy to find. We love ours!

Wilderness Lodge is such an awesome resort.

It's nice to see this picture of a beautiful, warm day and the kids in shorts and short sleeves as I have a snow day this morning. I think it was 11 degrees overnight with winds of 25 mph. I'm ready to be standing in front of the geyser right this minute!

I found it great reading as we're going a similar time to you next year (24 May to 6 June) and have two boys similar in age, although their poses mostly involve iron man rather than spiderman We'll be flying across the pond from the UK and we're all so excited!

It'll be our first family trip to WDW, I'm the only one who's been before, but that was more than 15 years ago!

Your report was great to help me know what to expect with two little ones as my style always used to lean more to the comando must do it all and I know thats just going to be impossible with the boys. It was great to read how much fun your boys had just playing in the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground. I am definately going to give my boys time to enjoy things rather than try to hurry them on to the next!!!

How did you find the crowds at that time of year? We were really restricted by when we could go so we're just hoping for the best at that time, we're early risers so hope to take advantage of rope drop most days so i'm hoping that will help some.

Thanks for reading! I am almost done. Loading up some pictures from the last full day right now.

We'll be there the same time as you next summer. It's our favorite time. It has never been so busy that it was not manageable. You'll love it. It's warm, but not middle of the summer warm.

I hope you stop to smell the roses a bit like I did. There are some things we just wouldn't have done if I would have been more of a commando tourer with my kids. I think we would have experienced lots of meltdowns as well. We always take advantage of rope drop. That way we have done so much by the time the boys want to head back to swim.
