Glad to see we could give yall something new to do. You know we always leave things behind so that there is something "new" to the boys every trip.

Wow! It's amazing how long kids can play and not even realize the time! I'm sure the boys had so much fun though. There's just so much to explore in the playground.

Mmm, those food pics look good! I wanted to eat there this past trip, but it was closed by the time we were ready for dinner. That buffalo sandwich looks good although I'm not supposed to eat anything spicy. It does look like a lot of food!

It surprised me how long we ended up staying there. They had so much fun playing. They even came check in with me every once in a while to let me know they were okay. Sam loved the area with the sprayer. As you can see in the picture, he just stood there waiting to be sprayed.

From what my sister told me, it really wasn't spicy, but I wouldn't hold me to that since us Cajuns are used to having spicy food.

So what's up with me lately...

This weekend was my BIL and neice's birthdays. We had dinner Saturday night for BIL's bday and a party yesterday for my neice's sweet 16. The boys have an extra day off of school right now, so they are having a blast at my parents' house today.

My mom and dad are booking their vacation for next summer when I go to pick up my boys this afternoon. My mom does not trust that she will do everything correctly, so she asked me to do it for her. They are looking to stay at the Beach Club, and my sister is looking to stay at CBR. Bryan is excited because he and my dad have talked about their plans for next summer. It seems they will only join us for the park mornings for a couple of days. They have plans to make tee times for about 3 mornings while we are there. Bryan never has people with us that like to golf, so he is taking complete advantage of my dad joining us. His first time golfing in WDW was this past summer because Sonny plays golf as well as Randy's BIL, who also joined them for a round on our last morning there.

Next Disney things on our to do list...I need to try to switch us over from Kidani to VWL next month at our 7 month mark. We also need to sit down and figure out our dining plans so that I will be ready to book our meals in November.

Megan.. awesome news.. our first waitlist came through!!!! We are now reserved for a one bedroom at Bay Lake Towers for Mardi Gras '11!!!

Alisa was trying to reserve our one and only ADR for the trip when the reservation number would not register... she went on the DVC website and saw that our waitlist came through.. she messaged me last night.. we are beyond excited!!!

It was so hot when we were there I kind of steered DD past the Honey I shrunk the kids playground. I didn't feel like being stuck there. She probably would have loved it. Oh well, next trip.

Well, Bryan took longer than expected in the SWW shop, so the boys had more time than normal. By the time he showed up, he said where to nxt. I pointed out it was a quarter to 11. If we waited to eat at 11 right next door, we would be in and out before the crowd showed up, so we just let them be.

I was really surprised with our lunch. We have never really found a place in DHS we enjoy until now.

I am looking forward to next summer's trip. Bryan is happy to have someone with him whol ikes to golf. My mom and sister are excited to help in the planning process now. She is checking out menus to figure out what she is interested in.

It was so much fun. We really don't care for DHS that much. It's our least faborite of the 4, so we try to so a few tthings new every time we go.

That is our motto. There is always a next trip in the works for us. If we don't do it this year, it will be there next trip.

I actually hadn't heard about it till you mentioned it. Maybe one day...definitely not next summer. Family trip on the books remember.

Backlot Tour - It had been so long since we have gone on this attraction, so we were looking forward to trying this one out with the boys. As I said previously, the boys loved the pre-show, so they were really excited to get on the tram. As I mentioned previously, I sat in a puddle when we entered the tram. I knew I was going to get wet eventually. We saw some cool things along the way.

Pirates anyone?

One of my sister and I's favorite rides when we were growing up was Flight of the Navigator, so we were so happy to see this on the tour.

The moment came when we entered Catastrophe Canyon. We all knew that at least Myself or my sister as well were about to get wet. The problem was the location of the seat. The top of the tram stopped short right behind us, so all water from above came directly onto us.



After we finished with the tour, we headed back to TSM to use our FP. We had plans to check out the 1:20 show of LMA, so we needed to go somewhere else to fill the time.

I remember Cooper was not happy with me this round because I was the single rider. They pulled me ahead of everyone else to ride without him. Apparently, this was traumatizing for him.

We finished TSM and headed over to...

This is where I got annoyed. Stacey, Sonny, and the girls had separated from us when we were in the playground since her kids are older. We had plans to meet up again to watch the LMA show at 1:20. We got there with PLENTY of time to spare. Bryan did not want to enter the stadium until he got in touch with his siter. Well, they were not answering ANY phones (there were 4 of them between the 5 of them), and Sonny was not responding to the walkie talkie. After about 15 minutes, Bryan finally agreed to go inside. As we sat down, they called and asked us to hold seats for them in the stadium. We all know how dificult that is. We went all the way to the top of the stadium and hoped for the best. Luckily, they showed up just as it was filling up. The boys love this show, but the downfall is that it is time to leave after the show is over. It is just long enough for Cooper to relax and take a nap.

After the show was over, Bryan remembered he forgot to get something in the SWW gift shop, so we headed back to Boba's Bounty before we left for the day. While there, Bryan took a picture of this awesome painting/photo/whatever it is.

When he finished up, we decided it was time to leave. We had not gone to the pool at Kidani yet, and Sam made sure we knew that. We took our PP pic as we left.

As we continued walking out, Cooper fell asleep on Bryan's shoulders.

poor guy not having you to ride TSM with...we found that Ashton did better with me and Danny; even though he would agree to ride with Gwendolyn & Joe at times.
