I got up at 3:30 in the morning. Yes, 3:30. Oy! At least we're going to WDW today...
I got dressed and packed last-minute things, such as my hairbrush. We were fully packed and ready for the taxi by 3:50ish. The taxi came a little after 4:00, and we headed out the door into the dark, chilly night. Of course, there was no one on the road at 4:00 in the morning! So we made it to the airport (PVD) around 4:15. In the morning. Oy. Again.
Anyway, we waited in line at the Southwest counter for a little while before someone came out to start checking luggage. In went our three full-sized suitcases and our smaller suitcase stocked with breakfast foods. We trekked to Security and passed through without a hitch. Thankfully, my spinal rod didn't set off the detectors, and we headed off to the gate.
Which was the same gate I left from on an awards trip in 2007.
Which was the same gate that we were at for my class trip to D.C. in 2007 two days later.
Which was the same gate that we left for WDW from in 2008.
Deja vu, much?
We grabbed some breakfast (the typical Dunkin' Donuts, which is a staple for all native Rhode Islanders).
It was now just after 5:00 in the morning.
Oy. Again again.
At least there was a GORGEOUS sunrise! Oh my. It was so very pretty. I wish now that I had gotten pictures of it. Oh, well. Too late for that now!
They boarded the plane around 5:40, and we actually took off around our scheduled time of 6:00!
I read through an issue of People magazine, an issue of Girl's Life magazine, and an issue of Seventeen magazine. Before 7:00. In the morning.
Oyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
What to do...?
I ended up starting my newest book, an excellent read called The Boleyn Wife. Mom and I got into an intense game of War before the Captain announced that we'd be landing in MCO soon!

Sorry for such a short update, but I actually want to drag out this TR
