Hey low-carbers!!

I don't know if any of you have posted or found these, but I found them Saturday at my local Dominick's store.
Low Carb tortillas--yummy!! They are made by "La Tortilla Factory"- they have 3 g. of digestible carbs, and 0 sugar!! I have made sandwich roll-ups, chicken enchiladas, and lasagna roll-ups with them!!
I am also trying to figure out how to make some chips for dipping out of the chips!

They are great for quesadilla's too, and my DH uses them for sandwiches. He eats everything on them.

I love these things! They are so versatile, and they're really high in fiber, which can really help when you're low-carbing.

Plus, they're pretty low in fat and calories, too, so even WW and other people should try them!

I haven't tried it because the oven scares me but I've heard you can broil cut-up pieces to make chips.

I've made chips in these by cutting them up into triangles and then putting them on a cookie sheet, I sprinkle with some salt and put in the oven at 350 degrees. I keep an eye on it so I don't really have a time period. You may want to grease your pan ahead of time because they can stick. Just wait until they are crunchy enough for you and there you go!

Can you order these online? My local stores don't carry them (and I even work for a supermarket).

My DDIL had them at her brother's who lives in another part of PA and told me how good they were.
