Hey ladies, new suggestion for hair on formal night!

Several months ago I posted a question about the hair salon and what people's opinion was of it. I was wondering this because of getting my hair done the night that DH and I will be at Palo. Well, I have discovered a wonderful product on www.hsn.com. It is a Toni Pony. They have different types of faux hair that looks and feels real. This is what I am going to use on formal night. It makes my hair look like it is in an updo. I have received MANY compliments on my hair when I wear this. Everyone thinks that it is my own hair. Color matches perfectly. If you can put your hair in a ponytail you can use this product. Very easy. Just go to their website and put faux hair in the search. The one that I ordered is item # 733480. Thought that this may help anyone that isn't sure what to do with their hair short of taking hot rollers or spending a fortune at the salon on the ship.

I've been eyeing those as well - decided to splurge and go for it! I ordered the Toni Quick Style one; my hair is at that "between" length so this will be great!!

What a great idea! On our first cruise, summer of 2002, I went to the salon for an updo, not only did it cost a lot more than these great pieces, but the next day we were at Castaway Cay and guess what happened to the updo? Yep, it was washed out with one snorkeling trip. For those of you that ordered, did you go lighter or darker than you thought you would need? Of course, I would have to be in between two colors

Wdwmom2, could it be 733840 that you ordered, I can't find a 733480? If so, that is exactly what my hair looked like, $40.00 later and an hour and a half of time. I can't wait to get one.

I have the "scrunchee" version for both my daughter and I and everyone RAVED about our hair in our formal night photo (I bought mine after I used one for my daughter's hair - 6 yo - when she was a flowergirl) . . . now we use our fake hair whenever we need to be fancy!

Sorry, you are right, I ordered the 733840. The mistake must have been my dyslexia kicking in!!!!!! And as far as color, I asked people in my office which color that I should order. So they choose it for me. I was thinking light blonde, they said medium blonde, and medium it was. Perfect match!!!
