Checking in from the Williamsburg Public Library...All is well here. Owen is enjoying his class and we went to Busch Gardens yesterday evening. I didn't get the kids to bed until after 10pm! I'm sure I'll be paying for that later today. It looks like rain today so we're going to a candy shop in Merchant Square (near Colonial Williamsburg) and then to a matinee of "Monster House". If it's dry this evening I'll take the kids to a Go-Kart/Mini Golf place nearby. We're planning to go to Water Country tomorrow afternoon.

I'm so psyched for this weekend! I can't wait to see everyone.

Debi, I'm so sorry to hear about Alex's friend's dad. What a tragedy. I don't know what to say that could help in this situation. I don't enjoy flying myself but I remind myself that I have a better chance of winning PowerBall than dying in a plane crash. My good friends just flew to California last week and the mom and dad flew of separate flights which I don't understand. I believe that God has a plan for us all and our lives are in his hands. That belief and a little prayer during take off get me through a flight.

Hi All!!! Lucy, Bob, Mark and I are all sitting at the bar at BWV. Lucy has had her one drink limit! New drink menu and I have a goal to try them all!! Bob is not feeling good; thinks he broke his toe. Met Bob at AK last night so he and Marshall went on EE together. Lucy took the KK tour and loved it!

All is well here. It's a tough life to live, but we'll get through it!!

Lucy talked to Alex as well today. That is such a tragedy.

We'll check in tomorrow since I have access until around 3:30 tomorrow!!

So sorry to hear your news, Debi! That is so disturbing! I'm not worried about us flying, however. Small planes, I believe, are more risky than commercial flights! Tell Alex, we'll do our best to cheer her up, another case for "seize the day."

Up early this morning trying to reload CDs on my IPod. Last night Micco was trying to load CDs for me and erased everything on my IPod. So here I am at 5 am trying to get back some of it, so I have music for my trip.

Started packing last night and keep tripping over the suitcase. I have to work tonight so I wanted to get most of it done last night.

I am really looking to see Allie, she really needs her family right now. I am glad Lucy and Jenny and family are there right now, she was comforted yesterday knowing they were around. I am not sure if she saw you guys last night, but I know she was going to be looking for you. She thought the kids would cheer her up.

Bob - What did you do to yourself? A broken toe? I did that once...ouch. What about our Segway tour? I hope you are ok.

Trying to keep this thing off page 2. Will try to post again later, hey I have been doing almost 2 a day, that's amazing for me, wouldn't you say? Well looking forward to tomorrow.

We saw "Monster House" yesterday. I thought it was terrible but the kids loved it, especially Owen. We're headed to Water Country as soon as Owen gets out of class at noon.

Mallory and I joined Bob, Lucy and their friends Cathy, Dave and Cassie at the Princess B'fast in Norway this morning. Mallory really loved that (the guys were impressed too! ). She met Belle, Jasmine, Mulan, Aurora, and Snow White. Great food too. We had scrambled eggs, cheese potatoes, sausage, bacon, fruit and sticky buns. Now we are sitting by the pool.
Mark and the boys hit BB this morning. They are planning on returning as soon as Mark finds Marshall!!! Oh well!!!!!

Mark and I have M&M booked in the Sandcastle Club tonight and are planning dinner at the Yachtsman. New try for us for both the club and Yachtsman. We are still thinking about the same thing Sat. for LeCellier with the club. We would enjoy the evening much more. We did however let the three loose together for TT last night while we "drank around the world". We wanted to make sure the booze was o.k. before you guys got here. Glad we could help out in that department! Bob and Lucy went to DD with their friends.

Bob's foot is sore and starting to show some bruising. He is determined to keep going despite it!

Well, I doubt I will check in before you guys come down, but you never know!

We'll hold the place down for you all!!!

Debi's family, Kathy's family and our family met at the Yatchmen's Steakhouse in June, right guys?? I think that's it or maybe there's another restaurant that is similar.

Anyway, the princess breakfast sounded fun! I hope you found Marshall at BB!

I'm not packing until tomorrow, today I drove over an hour to buy J's FH stick for camp.....fun! Now, I'll do wash and some cleaning........

I wonder what will happen to this thread once we're in FL! Maybe Lynn & DD (DisDaddy) will save it!

Hey Jenny , I am with JoAnn, stop that drinking around the world until we get there. JoAnn I will wait till you get there to start that, but I am so there. But you have to know that tomorrow night by 9:30, I hope to have a frozen margarita (with salt) in my hand.

Not quite packed yet, and feel like I still have a million and one things to do...so why I am I on this computer.

Do you think we will be buried on page 5 by the time we get back, or can DisDaddy and Lynn keep this going. That is quite a task you guys, are you up to it....

Checking in again from the Williamsburg Library...I spoke with Lucy this morning. It sounds like everyone is having a great time. JoAnn, Debi, we'll be there soon! I just bought Amy a new pink bike. I asked her if she loved her new bike and she replied "I like it alot but I'm not in love with it." That's my Amy! We're dying in the heat here. I lasted 2 1/2 hrs at Water Country yesterday. I was quite sure if I stayed any longer I would have passed out. Today the kids want to go to Busch Gardens again. The heat index today is 102 degrees. I'll give it a try but we probably won't stay long. See you tomorrow!

Kathy - Amy's response about the bike is priceless...oh what you have to look forward to...

Got a nice massage this morning to start off the vacation. Now I am at work for 1 more hour, and then off to pick up the girls. Micco will be dropping us at the airport by 2:30 and our flight leaves (hopefully on time) at 3:45. I already picked up the bagels, so I just have to drop the dog off after I pick up the girls.

It is hard to believe that we haven't slipped to page 2. This is the last post before I leave. I am looking soooooo forward to seeing you all. Keep it going girls...and DisDaddy too.
