that man worries me, I don't understand a word he is TRYING to say .....
or maybe it is just me!

Babysat my baby today, but I'm sad to say, I just wasn't into it....I can't believe it - too much on my mind, I guess. Plus, when she was trying to sleep, the phone was ringing off the hook, all calls regarding the (drama) of the musical.......first show tomorrow night for parents....still no costumes.

Sounds intense.

Guess who's playing the Indiana Pacer's tonite yep,you got it ...the 76'rs...this could be a clean sweep weekend....!!
there's a story worth repeating,when a Naval ship would go to sea and be involved in a engagement or a had a "shake down" cruise...if the event was successful,the Captain would have a straw broom flown on the end of a yardarm...(anyone still awake ??) indicating a "clean sweep"...a successful effort by the crew on board..!!
a "WELL DONE" .... for all the other ships to admire....good nite all...."say goodnite Lucy.."
There's and idea....Maybe the best schoolroom class for the Month could have a broom hanging outside the classroom door in recogniction....!!

Interesting you would mention that. I have been working on a mentor project with a local coach. He is "back home' coaching again after many years in Georgia. He won a state championship there with a young man named Louis Williams who is now a member of the 76ers. They had dinner last night in Indy and he was attending the game tonight!

as a follow up to the broom story.... the hanging of the broom could also be where the respective teacher always parks it....!! shut up Bill...!!

The Williams story is interesting, He (Williams) appears to have a bright future in the NBA,while he didn't play much last season,it seems that this year he is getting more floor time,he has made a differance in some games....!!

in paper grading HELL right now. I have worked through a lot and have some still to do. Contemplating a mental health day tomorrow. Mom is not working and said she'd come tomorrow and help me through this mess.

We finally got her a car. She has been without her own car for over six week since she totaled hers. It is at the "clean up shop". We bought it from an estate so it was take it as you get it. I am glad to be through with that. It consumed way more time that I had to give!

So, I decide to take the day off tomorrow and my sister just calls. She and her husband are in Homestead, FL at some car race today. Someone busted the window out of their car. They took airline tickets, meds, car keys, everything! I now have to drive an hour to retrieve her spare keys. THen, I have to drive to Indy to the airport tomorrow to meet them when their plane arrives so they can get into their car at the airport. POOR THING!

We just took a break from the game to watch "Barry Manilow sings songs of the 70s"!!!
